Buying a Vestaboard is the easy part. We handle the rest on-site: a secure wall mount, power, getting the board onto your network, and testing that it updates before we leave. That goes for a kitchen wall, a reception desk or a cafe counter.
What a Vestaboard install includes
- Site assessment: the wall, the sightlines, the power point and the Wi-Fi signal where the board will hang
- Secure wall mounting: level, fixed into studs or masonry, and properly anchored rather than hung off plasterboard
- Power: a neat cable run to the nearest outlet. If a new power point is needed, we coordinate a licensed electrician
- Network setup: onto your Wi-Fi, including business networks with guest VLANs, captive portals and firewalls
- App and account setup: the board added to the Vestaboard app, with the people who need to post invited
- Test and handover: messages sent and confirmed on the board, and a quick walkthrough for whoever runs it

Tell us where it's going
Send a photo of the wall and a rough idea of the space: home, office, reception, cafe or restaurant. We'll confirm the model (Vestaboard or Vestaboard Note) and quote the board and install together.

Site check and mounting
On the day, we check the wall construction, height and sightlines, then mount the board level and secure. The flagship Vestaboard is a solid piece of hardware and needs a proper fixing.

Power and network
We run power neatly and get the board online. On business networks we work with your IT to allow the board through the firewall, or put it on a network where captive portals and client isolation won't block it.

Test, hand over, support
We send test messages, confirm the board updates reliably, set up the app and show your team how to post. If anything changes later, like new Wi-Fi or a moved office, we come back and sort it.
Business networks are where installs go wrong
At home, a Vestaboard joins the Wi-Fi like any other device. In offices, cafes and hotels it's rarely that simple. Guest networks with captive portal logins, client isolation, strict firewalls and managed Wi-Fi can all leave a new board sitting offline.
Because we're also an IT and software business, we sort that out on the day. We work with your IT provider on firewall rules, set up a dedicated network or DHCP reservation where it's needed, and make sure the board comes back on its own after a power cut.

Outside Brisbane, we can supply the board and handle network setup, app setup and API integrations remotely anywhere in Australia, and we can talk about travel for larger or multi-board installs.

Do you install Vestaboards in Brisbane?
Yes. We install Vestaboard and Vestaboard Note on-site anywhere around Brisbane, in homes, offices, cafes, restaurants and retail. That covers mounting, power, network setup and testing.
Can you install a Vestaboard I bought somewhere else?
Yes. We install and set up boards regardless of where they were bought, including boards imported from overseas.
Can a Vestaboard be mounted on plasterboard?
It shouldn't hang off plasterboard alone. We fix it into studs or masonry, or use anchors rated for the load, after checking the wall on the day.
Does a Vestaboard need a power point nearby?
Yes, it needs mains power. We run the cable as neatly as the wall allows, and if a new power point is needed we coordinate a licensed electrician, as Australian regulations require.
Will a Vestaboard work on guest or business Wi-Fi?
Often not straight away. Captive portals, client isolation and firewalls commonly block it. We configure the network with you or your IT provider so the board stays online.
How long does a Vestaboard installation take?
Most installs are done in a single visit. Anything unusual, like a new power point, a tricky wall or a locked-down network, is flagged and quoted up front.
Do you install outside Brisbane?
On-site installs are Brisbane-based. Elsewhere in Australia we supply the board and handle network setup and integrations remotely, and we can quote travel for larger installs.
