What does an AI project with you actually look like?
It starts with a process that's costing time, not with a model. We map how the work happens now, find where data has to move, and build the smallest thing that removes the manual step. Most projects are a service or workflow that runs quietly rather than a chatbot someone has to remember to open.
Which AI models and platforms do you work with?
Claude, GPT, open-source models you host yourself, and the automation platforms around them — Power Automate, Zapier, n8n and custom services. We pick based on the job, the data sensitivity and the budget, not on a preferred vendor.
Our systems are old and undocumented. Is that a problem?
That's the normal case. If a system can export a file, expose an API or even just drop data on a shared drive, it can be connected. We've pulled data out of decades-old CRMs and spreadsheets held together with macros.
Where does our data go?
Wherever you're comfortable with. That can mean a commercial API under a business agreement, a model hosted in your own cloud tenancy, or an open-source model running on infrastructure you control when data can't leave the building. We design for the constraint rather than around it.
How much does an AI project cost?
It's quoted per project after scoping, and most start small deliberately — one process, one measurable result — so you can judge the return before committing to more. Ongoing running costs depend on the platform and volume, and we'll estimate those up front.
Do you work with businesses outside Brisbane?
Yes. We're Brisbane-based and work with clients across Australia. Integration work is done remotely; Brisbane clients can meet in person for scoping and handover.
